Return Period

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Product should include all accessories, tags, and manuals (if any).

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened).

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will guide you through the return/exchange process.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, within 5–7 business days.
